Okay, Okay. So I watched “500 Days of Summer” again. And this time I think I enjoyed it. Last time, I may have related too much with the lead female's character. Always trying to be honest and sincere, yet ending up being the cruel one.
This movie is plainly just moody. It jumps up and down, happy and sad, perfection and bitterness. I cannot tell you if this movie is a romance or a comedy. Don't step in hoping for a happy ending, because it's messy, yet tender, just like real life. But it definitely seems to reach for honesty and sincerity. And for that, I have learned to appreciate it.
